Sam has worked in new homes marketing for 20 years. He co-founded a highly successful new home marketing agency, working with a wide variety of high-rise and low-rise builders. Sam saw the potential in online marketing in 1995, and was instrumental in setting up New Home Buyers Network, Canada’s first new homes search engine. Since then, he has expanded NHBN’s services to include data management, email marketing, website consultation and search engine optimization.

Roy Hobbs, Director of Sales

Roy has more than 30 years experience in sales and marketing in a variety of industries. He helped to create e-marketing programs in the pharmaceutical industry, when the medium was in its' infancy. For the past 10 years, he has called New Home Buyers Network home, putting his technical expertise to good use customizing online marketing solutions for builders.

Trevor Clarke, Production Manager

Trevor plays a key role in client service at New Home Buyers Network. He combines marketing and sales with production management, ensuring clients get what they need, when they need it. Trevor's background is in public relations and marketing and he has over 10 years experience in a variety of fields: medical, hospitality, publishing and, of course his favourite, new homes.
